Who We Are
At Harmony Community Foundation, our mission is to provide compassionate support and a nurturing environment for the terminally ill and their families and caregivers. The Foundation is an outgrowth of Harmony Community Healthcare, a locally-owned hospice and palliative care service with the mission to ensure everyone has the support, care, and love needed to make their last journey one of comfort and love.
While fostering a culture of education and awareness in healthcare within our community, we are dedicated to offering supportive and financial assistance for basic needs for individuals facing terminal illnesses, ensuring they receive the care and dignity they deserve in their final journey.
Concurrently, we strive to empower our community through comprehensive education initiatives for both professional and familial caregivers and practitioners while promoting understanding and proactive engagement in healthcare services. Through collaboration and empathy, we aim to cultivate a harmonious environment where individuals and families receive holistic care, and communities are equipped with the knowledge and resources to support each other through life’s most challenging moments.
